CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE WELFARE HIGHEST PRIORITY AT PMS AS IT REOPENS ITS DOORS TO CUSTOMERS
- Dealership to adopt new working practices, in line with government guidance, to prioritise safety when showroom re-opens from Monday 1st June
- Social distancing requirements adhered to throughout showroom experience
- Comprehensive protection and sanitising measures adopted for all test drive, demonstrator and customer vehicles, and throughout showroom
The welfare of customers and employees will be the number one priority at PMS, as it re-opens following the Covid-19 lockdown.
The dealership will resume operations from Monday 1st June, adopting a range of safety measures and new working practices – in line with government guidance – to accommodate and respect all social distancing requirements, and enable customers to visit with confidence.
PMS has worked hard to revise the customer experience and combine fantastic service with maximum protection and peace of mind for visitors.
Measures include comprehensive and regular sanitising of showroom vehicles and surfaces, together with strict adherence to all social distancing regulations. Customers can take solo test drives and also request contactless vehicle deliveries.
There are online chat services for assistance with a sales or service visit and increased use of video to explain key vehicle features, should a customer not wish to do an in-depth handover in person when collecting their vehicle.
Workshop customers can feel equally confident that their vehicle is in safe hands too, thanks to a comprehensive vehicle sanitising process.
John Green, at PMS, said: “We are delighted to be reopening our doors this week and look forward to giving customers a warm welcome back to our showroom.
“With the actions being taken to prioritise safety, our customers and employees can feel confident that we are taking every precaution.”
